INDYCAR RACE WEEKEND AT IOWA CODE OF CONDUCT
Iowa Event Management LLC (“IEM”) and Iowa Speedway are committed to providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. In order to accomplish this, we ask INDYCAR Race Weekend at Iowa guests to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner that does not interfere with the enjoyment of others. This Code of Conduct applies to all areas inside and outside the Iowa Speedway gates that are owned and/or operated by IEM and Iowa Speedway (collectively, “Iowa Speedway Property”).
INDYCAR Race Weekend at Iowa guests are required to refrain from the following:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment that results in offensive and/or irresponsible behavior
- Bringing prohibited items onto Iowa Speedway Property
- Item lists available at https://www.indycaratiowa.com/gate-regulations and https://www.indycaratiowa.com/camping#camping-policies
- Entering or attempting to enter any building or location without authorization
- Failure to follow instructions of IEM staff, Iowa Speedway security personnel, and/or law enforcement
- Verbal or physical harassment of others including guests, participants, IEM staff and/or Iowa Speedway security personnel
- Smoking in prohibited areas
- Interference with the event
- Protests or demonstrations
- Amplified voice devices that cause disruption to the event
- Illegal acts including, but not limited to – theft, vandalism and public indecency
- Loud/disruptive music or noise
INDYCAR Race Weekend at Iowa guests in all parking and camping areas must follow the Parking and Camping Policies (https://www.indycaratiowa.com/camping#camping-policies). INDYCAR at Iowa Weekend guests in parking and camping areas inside the Iowa Speedway gates (e.g. driver owner lot) must also follow the Gate Regulations (https://www.indycaratiowa.com/gate-regulations). Any violations of these provisions could result in immediate expulsion from Iowa Speedway Property and potential revocation of any and all privileges, including, but not limited to credentials, tickets, and/or parking/camping passes, at the discretion of IEM.
